Board to Consider Proposing Rules Concerning Auditor Independence and Tax Services
Washington, DC, December 7, 2004 – The Public Company Accounting Oversight Board has scheduled an open meeting for 9 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 14, to consider whether to propose rules concerning auditor independence and tax services for audit clients.
The meeting will be held in the Board’s hearing room at 1666 K St. NW, Washington, D.C.
The meeting is open to the public and will be webcast at www.pcaobus.org.
